Rough and tough, teenage tearaway. She craves Jackson’s approval and is well on her way to becoming like him.
JACKSON

Builder by day, brawler by night.
He is an extremely protective father but often finds himself clashing with Chaser.
JIMMY
Male, 40s
Wiry build. An outrageous liability.
He is jealous of Jackson’s fighting ability, so compensates by being loud and cocky.
ALBIE
Male, 15
Jimmy’s son. Shy, nervous and slight.
Ever trying to match Jimmy’s confidence and reach his expectations as a fighter.
SYNOPSIS
Notorious for picking fights, Chaser has earned her nickname: Scrapper. Her dad Jackson and his older brother Jimmy fight, for money, in an underground boxing club called
The Warehouse.
Jackson always takes Chaser along to watch.
She marvels at the adrenaline fuelled atmosphere and watches in awe of her father each and every time he trains or competes.
It is her desire to be just like him.
However, when Chaser tells Jackson she wants to fight at The Warehouse and asks him to train her, he refuses her request stating: “girls don’t fight here”.
On finding out that Jimmy will be allowing her
younger cousin Albie to fight, and fuelled with
the desire to prove herself to her father,
Chaser picks a fight
with a stranger.
She loses badly and is left lying in the street -
beaten and bleeding. When Jackson finds out, he is forced to accept Chaser's request for him to train her how to fight at The Warehouse.
Jackson hugs Chaser
and holds her tight.
